Vela Beauty does not have a return or exchange policy. However, please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:
- Product Damage: If you receive a product that is leaked, broken, or defective, you must provide us with a clear unboxing video along with pictures of the product, packaging, and courier receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and handle it accordingly, which may include arranging for a replacement if necessary.
